Beach For Surfing in Indoensia

1. Tanjung Setia Beach, Lampung

This beach is suitabel for surf lovers, with high waves can reach 6-7 meter and long 200 meter. The waves equal with Hawaii.

How to get there ?

located in Desa Tanjung Setia in south coast west Lampung, this beach located 52km from capital city Bandar Lampung to Liwa to Krui with distance 273 km or 6-7 hours with public transportation as bus. Took a bus Krui Putra from Rajabasa terminal bus in Bandar Lampung, this bus will pass high way trans Sumatera and stopped right in Tanjung Setia beach. Bus fare around IDR 40.000 - 50.000 one way. Along the way you will presented with amazing view mountain ridge, range of hills, with slopes and winding road but smooth. 

2. Plengkung Beach, East Java

This beach dubbed "G-Seven Waves Wonder". Have high waves around 4-6 meter with long 2 km.

This beach is very popular for surfing lovers and once hosted competition International Surfing "G-Land International Team Challange" as beaches with the best waves in the world. this beach have high difficulty level  only professional surfer who can do surfing in this beach.

3. Watu Karang Beach, Pacitan

Suitable for beginner surfers with view like in heaven. This beach located in Watu Karang villae Pacitan, East Java.
Even though be located in Pacitan but is more close with Solo. This beach still devoid of visitor you can relax above the white sands but you must be careful with corals along this way.

5. Marosi Beach, Nusa Tenggara Timur.

This beach still one line with Rua beach, white sands like crystal mix with blue ocean so beautiful like panorama in Marosi Beach. High waves can reach around 3 meters.

6. Ombak Setujuh Beach, Sukabumi

Located in Ujung Genteng area, this beach have coast line 16 klometers. Mostly surfers want to know and challenging waves at this beach which people say that this beach has waves 7 successive waves. Suitable for beginer or professional.

7. Cimaja Beach, West Java.

This beach located in Pelabuhan Ratu, Cimaja within 120 kilometer from Jakarta. 

Actually, this beach has long become a favorite destination for surfer lovers. The waves were huge but harmless is suitable for practicing surfing. Therefore, no wonder if Cimaja also often used as a place of convening the race surfing, for national and international levels. Not only used as a competion place but also spawned many surfers reliable and able to compete with foreign athletes.
